This exceptional cross pairs a pure dentate hybrid (N. edwardsiana × macrophylla) with the iconic dentate species N. edwardsiana, creating a lineage with tremendous potential. I was fortunate to make this cross early last year when one of my edwardsiana × macrophylla plants flowered male, providing a rare opportunity to reinforce the dramatic dentation of edwardsiana while preserving the vigor contributed by the hybrid parent. Both parents have proven to be outstanding performers in cultivation, and this cross should offer the best of both worlds: bold dentation, striking coloration, strong vigor, and improved adaptability to greenhouse conditions. Even at an early stage, the seedlings have shown excellent growth and surprising vitality for a dentate hybrid—an encouraging sign for collectors seeking spectacular plants with strong cultivation potential.   Because opportunities to repeat this exact cross are uncommon, these seedlings represent a particularly special offering.  Supply is quite limited.
